The benefits of massage are endless. From increased blood flow to decreasing pain and blood pressure, massage therapy is a very important practice. It's role in reducing stress is also paramount. The article cites exercise and meditation as the main ways to reducing stress, but I'd like to add one: massage. Don't forget massage therapy!
