Well this is ironic: A new study shows that campaigns that promote physical activity may increase people's appetites. The research is published in the March issue of the journal Obesity and examines how people react to food after seeing posters that feature people working out. Study subjects also ate more after hearing action type words.Read the full story here.

well i could say that this is an interesting post to know. Never once cross in my mind that fitness commercial will raise the appetite.
