Great article, i completely agree with somethings in the article, like going after weight loss vigorously, it only comes off if you attack hard. The best way to lose weight also is to eat 5 small healthy meals a day, this helps big time. I also agree with eating at the same time, good read.
You always come with a great information of health. I love this info. Americans have always been a victims of their un-awareness of healthy life. I completely agree with you. Diet is not about this way work to her/him. A diet should make you feel great.
