What Person Would You Train or Give a Massage To?

Now introducing a new feature on the blog! It's called "Ask a Question!" Over the next few weeks, we'll be asking you guys some fun and interesting questions. Hopefully it'll spark good discussion and will give you the chance to all share ideas. With that said...here's the first question:

If you could massage or personally train anyone (living, dead, celebrity, non-celebrity), who would it be and why?

Please respond in the comments! Can't wait to read these answers...

Why You Need a Personal Trainer

According to new research, the incidence of weight-lifting injuries is on the rise. In fact, the Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital found that more than 970,000 weight training-related injuries were treated in U.S. hospital emergency departments between 1990 and 2007, increasing nearly 50 percent during the 18-year study period. Fifty percent!

We all know how important lifting weights is for losing weight, increasing bone density and improving overall health and wellness, but this study points to the need for more education when it comes to proper form when weight training. It's studies like these that show how important it is to work with a certified personal trainer to reach your health and wellness goals!

Massage Reduces Stress in Breast Cancer Patients

According to new research, massage is effective in reducing stress in breast cancer patients. The studied looked at 34 women who were diagnosed with primary breast cancer and who received either 30 minutes of massage twice a week for five weeks (17 patients) or standard care with no massage therapy (17 patients). All patients rated their stress and mood levels, and blood samples were taken to measure levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
