You probably already know that working out can improve your mood, but did you know that working out in nature can be even more powerful in making you feel relaxed, happy and content? New research from the American Chemical Society's semi-monthly journal Environmental Science & Technology has found that just 5 minutes of exercise in a park, working in a backyard garden, on a nature trail or in other green space can benefit mental health. So the next time you go to work out, don't just go to the gym, consider hitting the great outdoors!

I agree with this post. I am not the who likes to spend hours on the gym or just simply working out at home (basically I dont like exercising). But I usually biking for about 30 minutes while listening music. And it is truly amaze me with loads of energy.
