Do You Lift Weights?

Of course graduates of our Personal Training program understand the importance of lifting weights regularly, but do you? Resistance training has been shown to boost metabolism, burn fat, improve strength and mobility -- and even decrease the risk of osteoporosis and chronic disease (especially if you get your heart rate up while you do it!).

If you need even more motivation to pick up those dumbbells, be sure to check out this list of the top 20 reasons to strength train from MSN's fitbie. If you're ready to start lifting weights but aren't sure how to start, follow this guide from Fitness magazine.

Now drop and give us 1o push-ups!
